Northeast Georgia Health System seeks a compassionate Clinical Support team member to provide diverse unit support, clerical help, and patient care under nursing supervision. You will interact with patients across adolescent to geriatric ages and assist with communications, records, and equipment maintenance.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety standards, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure smooth unit operations.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or high school transcript showing completion of at least the sophomore level of high school.

Responsabilidades

• Obtains and reports basic patient physiological data (e.g., vital signs, weight, skin condition).
• Monitors fluids intake/output and documents findings.
• Assists with positioning, mobility, hygiene, ADLs and comfort per procedure.
• Notifies licensed staff of changes in patient condition promptly.
• Organizes patient care and prioritizes tasks per physician/nursing orders.
• Performs basic procedures under supervision and reports patient response.
• Responds to patient calls and directs requests to appropriate staff.
• Maintains patient charts and ensures accurate charting and reporting.
