Job summary

Titan Security is hiring union Security Shift Leads to oversee operations at several Chicago Loop client sites. You will manage a team of officers, assist in scheduling, training and performance coaching, and ensure top-notch security services for people and property.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 3 years security experience, and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years security officer experience.
• Valid Security License if required by state; driver's license as applicable.
• Must read/write/speak English; bilingual a plus.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of the Client site on assigned shift.
• Manage a team of security officers including scheduling, training, coaching.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately.
• Maintain logs, incident reports and post orders; coordinate investigations.
• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty.
