Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to manage on-duty security operations for a premier 24-story, 1.3 million-square-foot complex in Chicago’s River North area. You will lead security officers, oversee access control, and act as a bridge between ownership, management, and the security team.

Two shifts are available: Wed-Sun 11pm-7am and Sun 7am-3pm plus Mon-Thurs 3-11pm, with pay in the $22.50–$23.00/hour range and benefits including PTO, holidays, and medical/dental insurance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years prior satisfactory security officer experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, speak English; bi-lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and motivate security officers on assigned shifts.
• Oversee access control and CCTV operations.
• Coordinate training and maintain post orders and emergency procedures.
• Record logs and incident reports accurately for management.
