Job summary

Titan Security is hiring a Part Time Shift Supervisor to oversee operations at two outdoor public venues in the Downtown Loop area of Chicago. The role requires weekend availability and shift coverage from 1pm-11pm on Fri/Sat/Sun with various start times.

The ideal candidate will manage a security team, enforce post orders, monitor access control and CCTV, and ensure a safe environment for tenants and visitors. Valid license and English proficiency are required; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years prior security officer experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of an assigned client site on the shift.
• Manage a team of security officers including scheduling, payroll, training, and coaching.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues and emergencies.
• Coordinate training and post orders; maintain logs and incident reports.
• Maintain access control procedures and CCTV usage; identify visitors and tenants.
• Conduct site patrols and respond to incidents and emergencies.
