Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a Security Supervisor in Chicago to oversee a client site and lead a team of 18–22 security officers and supervisors. You will train, coach and develop staff, coordinate site operations, and ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property.

Qualifications include a GED/HS diploma, 3 years of related security experience, and a valid security license. English proficiency is required, with bilingual considered a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years prior satisfactory employment as a security officer or directly related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Security License if required by state, driver’s license as applicable.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help supervise operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift.
• Manage a team of 18-22 security officers/supervisors, including training, coaching and development.
• Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
• Develop staff through performance management and coaching; maintain a respectful work environment.
• Maintain access control procedures and utilize CCTV and visitor management systems.
