Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to manage on-duty security operations for a premier 24-story complex in Chicago's River North area. Reporting directly to the Security Director, this role leads on-duty security officers, oversees access control and CCTV systems, and acts as a vital bridge between ownership, management, and the security team.

Currently have 2 Shifts open: 1) Wed-Sun 11pm-7am 2) Sun 7-3pm and Mon-Thurs 3-11pm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of continuous supervisory experience required.
• 3 years prior security officer or related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate security officers during shifts.
• Oversee access control and CCTV per client specs.
• Coordinate with Site Supervisor/Director and Titan Management.
• Develop and train staff per Titan standards.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports; assist investigations.
• Provide excellent customer service to all on duty.
