Titan Security in Chicago is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee client-site operations on the assigned shift. You will lead a team of 18–22 officers, coordinate training and coaching, and ensure delivery of high-quality security services to protect people and property.

A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of security experience are required, plus a valid license where state law requires it. English proficiency is essential; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED and 3 years security experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Valid security license if required by state.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of an assigned client site on the shift.
• Lead a team of 18-22 security officers/supervisors; include training and coaching.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues and emergencies appropriately.
• Maintain logs, incident reports and post orders; coordinate investigations.
• Train and qualify staff; maintain access control procedures and CCTV use.
