GeoStabilization International is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage full-cycle payroll for unionized field crews and non-union corporate staff from Westminster. The role balances CBAs, prevailing wage laws, and standard payroll practices across multiple states.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of blended payroll experience in construction, expertise with Viewpoint, and proven ability to administer benefits, bonuses, and deductions while ensuring accurate time data transfers and regulatory

Qualifications

• 3–5 years blended payroll experience in construction.
• Hands-on proficiency with Viewpoint software.
• Experience interpreting diverse CBA language and compiling certified payrolls.

Responsibilities

• Process union payroll including hourly wages, overtime, and fringe benefits.
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports under prevailing wage rules.
• Audit internal payroll data against union rate sheets and update contract changes.
• Manage non-union payroll for salaried and hourly employees.
• Handle bonuses, commissions, and standard deductions (401(k), HSA, health insurance).
• Ensure data integration between time-tracking modules and the Viewpoint payroll system.
