The ideal candidate will have experience with Viewpoint or similar payroll software, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. Qualifications

• Experience in a deadline-driven environment with interruptions.
• Union payroll experience is preferred.
• Construction payroll/office experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and track certified payroll reports.
• Key, batch, and audit timesheets for 500+ employees.
• File and process Intent to Pay Prevailing Wage.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding pay.
• Manage heavy phone and email communication.
