Qualifications

• Minimum of four years’ technical building engineering experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb up to 30 ft.
• Willing to perform on-call duties and overtime as required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair building HVAC and related equipment and distribution systems.
• Conduct inspections and due diligence to support client occupancy and operations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide timely status reports to management.
• Become familiar with equipment, building automation and life/safety systems.
