Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Engineer in Palo Alto, CA to operate, inspect, and maintain building HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems. The role emphasizes energy efficiency, safety, and reliable uptime within an occupied facility.

The position requires a state driver’s license, EPA 608 Certification, 4+ years of building engineering experience, and the ability to lift 80 lbs and climb 30 ft. Union Local 39 affiliation applies; on-site with after-hours availability.

Competenze

Valid state driver’s license.
Type II EPA 608 Certification.
Minimum of four (4) years of technical building engineering experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment repair and maintenance.
Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and climb up to 30 ft ladders.
Willing to perform on-call duties and overtime as required.
