Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Mobile Engineer (MES) to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned facilities. You will help ensure energy efficiency, safety, and minimized downtime through proactive repairs and record-keeping.

The role involves preventive maintenance, inspections, and responding to emergencies. Candidates should have 4+ years of technical building engineering experience, a valid driver’s license, and the

Competenze

• Four+ years of technical building engineering experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening processes.
• On-call duties and overtime as required; must have a valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems to optimize life and efficiency.
• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems and components.
• Maintain, operate, and repair building HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and related grounds.
• Attend trainings and support after-hours activities as needed.
