Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident requests, perform hands-on repairs, and maintain market-ready apartments across our communities. You will also handle preventative maintenance and keep common areas in top condition.

The role requires troubleshooting skills, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Union work experience and strong English communication are valued; weekend and after-hours availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC.
• Comfortable in a Union environment.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.
• Strong English communication.
• Willing to work weekends and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests promptly.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks including plumbing and electrical work.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds.
• Conduct regular community inspections for repairs.
• Work schedule: Wed-Sun 11am-8pm; Mon/Tue off.
