Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance, and ensure market-ready apartments. You will perform preventative maintenance and maintain grounds and common areas, reporting any concerns.

Scheduled hours are Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM with rotating on-call. You must be able to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and HVAC where applicable, possess a high school diploma, and have a valid driver's license and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and HVAC equipment.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Effective communication in English (oral and written).
• Will be able to work weekends and be on-call for emergencies.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promptly addressing resident service requests
• Performing hands-on maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and more
• Preparing market-ready apartments and maintaining community grounds
• Conducting regular community inspections to identify necessary repairs or replacements
