Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests and perform diverse hands-on maintenance tasks. The role includes preparing market-ready apartments, maintaining grounds, and conducting inspections to identify repairs needed for property upkeep.

The position requires troubleshooting skills in plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC, a High School diploma or equivalent, knowledge of housing laws, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC equipment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Promptly addressing resident service requests
