Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking HVAC tradesmen to service and maintain heavy equipment in Milwaukee. You will be mentored by peers under the Employer's labor agreement, performing installations, troubleshooting, and providing quotes to improve facility efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma, familiarity with HVAC equipment, and strong communication skills; a valid driver’s license is also needed, with union membership anticipated.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills required.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to join Local 601 Milwaukee Steamfitters & Refrigeration.

Responsabilidades

• Perform mechanical installations and troubleshoot problems.
• Provide quotes and solutions to improve facility efficiency.
• Keep customer, contractor teams, and JCI informed of progress.
