Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking skilled HVAC Tradesmen to join our growing team. You will service and maintain advanced heavy commercial and industrial equipment, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and driving efficiency improvements.

You will perform installations, troubleshoot issues, and respond to warranty calls under the labor agreement. The role offers mentorship, competitive pay, and union-aligned benefits through Local 601 Milwaukee Steamfitters & Refrigeration.

Qualifications

• Adherence to Safety Program.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• A valid driver’s license with no major or frequent traffic violations.
• Willingness to join Local 601 Milwaukee Steamfitters & Refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and resolves problems.
• Responds to basic warranty calls.
• Keeps Johnson Controls, contractors, and customers informed of progress.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility runs efficiently.
• Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
