Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years commercial/industrial mechanical troubleshooting experience in HVAC (rooftop units, pumps, fans, towers, boilers, chillers, compressors, plumbing).
• Mechanical shaft alignment using dial indicators for pumps, fans, compressors.
• Ability to use vibration equipment to troubleshoot drivelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair and replacement on commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Provide quotes to customers and support recommendations and solutions.
• Serve as trusted advisor to customers, solving facility inefficiencies at commissioning and aftermarket service.
