Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Union CDL Delivery Truck Driver to join our team in Minnesota. The role offers a $27.00 hourly pay rate with regular Mon-Fri hours, and requires a valid CDL, DOT medical card, and strong safety and customer-service skills.

You will deliver materials to customers, assist in warehouse operations, and perform routine vehicle inspections while upholding safety standards. Pre-employment screening applies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to the customer using pallet jack and dolly, ensuring delivery with ticket
• Pickup customer returns and validate product for credit
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel as needed and report issues
• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, receiving and stocking
• Work overtime as needed
• Adhere to PPE safety rules with equipment limits

Ferguson is seeking a Union CDL Delivery Truck Driver to join our team!

The pay rate for this role is $27.00 hourly.

Hours for this position are Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Qualifications:

Must hold a valid CDL

Must be at least 21 years of age

Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements

Follow all DOT standards and regulations

Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.

Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs

A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus

Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach

Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads

Responsibilities:

Deliver materials to the customer, which includes utilizing pallet jack and two-wheel dolly to load and unload and ensuring delivery of ticket with material

Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests

Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor

Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures

Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material

Ability to work overtime as needed

Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
