Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring at Marshalls for a Loss Prevention position in Roseville, MI. You will deter theft, support store operations, and help ensure a safe shopping environment while wearing a Body Worn Camera and a Company-approved uniform.

You will greet customers, respond to inquiries, and work at the front of the store or in a department, contributing to a positive customer experience and adherence to Company policies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty and wear a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and assist by directing them to management or customer service.
• Maintain a front-store presence and assist with safety procedures.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform closing safety sweeps and document incidents as required.
