Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a dedicated Uniform Attendant to keep staff attire pristine and ready for daily operations. You will manage issuing, cleaning, and maintaining uniforms, while ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role supports a collaborative team in a luxury resort environment, requiring reliability, physical fitness, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Willing to work a flexible schedule including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic English required.
• High attention to detail and customer service.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to push, pull, lift up to 40lbs.
• Ability to kneel, squat and reach.
• Walk up to 8 hours per shift.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, clean, press, and organize employee uniforms.
• Issue and collect uniforms across all departments, ensuring timely distribution and accountability.
• Track uniform inventory levels, including garments, accessories, and specialty items.
• Inspect uniforms for stains, damage, wear, and missing components; coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Process employee, guest, and resident garments for dry cleaning, laundering, and pressing.
• Maintain accurate records of uniform issuance, returns, alterations, repairs, and replacement activity.
• Coordinate with laundry vendors and internal departments to ensure uniforms are cleaned, delivered, and maintained to quality standards.
• Organize and store uniforms in a clean, orderly, accessible manner.
• Assist department managers with uniform fittings, special requests, and new employee uniform assignments.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and garment care procedures while operating laundry, pressing, and dry-cleaning equipment.

• Process employee, guest, and resident garments for dry cleaning, laundering, and pressing according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of uniform issuance, returns, alterations, repairs, and replacement activity.
• Coordinate with laundry vendors and internal departments to ensure uniforms are cleaned, delivered, and maintained to quality standards.
• Organize and store uniforms in a clean, orderly, and easily accessible manner within the uniform room.
• Assist department managers with uniform fittings, special requests, and new employee uniform assignments to support operational needs.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and garment care procedures while operating laundry, pressing, and dry-cleaning equipment, reporting any equipment issues to management promptly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic level of English is required.
• High attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to push, pull, lift up to 40lbs.
• Ability to kneel, crouch and reach.
• Walk up to 8 hours per shift.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
