Job summary

Four Seasons in Jackson Hole is seeking a dedicated housekeeping associate to maintain guest rooms and public spaces. You will clean and refresh rooms, assist guests, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety in a luxury resort setting.

The ideal candidate demonstrates flexibility for evenings and weekends, with strong personal presentation and interpersonal skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic level of English required.
• High attention to detail and customer service mindset.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to push/pull, lift up to 40 lbs.
• Able to kneel, crouch, and reach.
• Walk up to 8 hours per shift.
• Must have legal US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Keep guest rooms and balconies neat, vacuumed, and dusted.
• Clean toilets, showers/tubs, counters, sinks, and mirrors.
• Carry caddy, bucket, and vacuum between rooms.
• Transport linen from rooms to landing areas.
• Remove trash from guest rooms to designated areas.
• Re-supply guest room supplies including linen and amenities.
• Make beds and replenish towels in guestrooms.
• Assist guests as needed and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keep all guest rooms/balconies neat, vacuumed and dusted.

• Clean toilets, showers/tubs, countertops, sinks, mirrors, walls, and windows.

• Carry caddy, bucket, and vacuum from room to room.

• Carry linen, both clean and soiled, from guest rooms to landing areas.

• Remove trash from guest rooms to landing areas.

• Re-supply guest room supplies, including linen, amenities, and collateral.

• Make guest room beds.

• Fold and replenish guest room towels.

• Offer assistance to guests when requested or needed.

• Complete any project assigned by the Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping managers.

• Follow safety, hygiene, and garment care procedures while operating laundry, pressing, and dry-cleaning equipment, reporting any equipment issues to management promptly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Basic level of English is required.

• High attention to detail and customer service skills.

• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to push, pull, lift up to 40lbs.

• Ability to kneel, crouch and reach.

• Walk up to 8 hours per shift.

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
