Job summary

Four Seasons Jackson Hole is seeking an attentive Housekeeping/Room Attendant to support daily guest room servicing at our luxury resort. You will perform turndown service, refresh rooms, prepare beds, and ensure a pristine, welcoming environment for guests in a remote mountain setting.

The role requires a flexible schedule, basic English, and strong interpersonal skills to provide outstanding service while upholding Four Seasons standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic level of English is required.
• High attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to push, pull, lift up to 40lbs.
• Ability to kneel, crouch and reach.
• Walk up to 8 hours per shift.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide evening turndown service to create a comfortable and welcoming sleep environment for guests.
• Refresh occupied guest rooms by replacing used towels, tidying the bedroom and bathroom, and maintaining hotel cleanliness standards.
• Prepare beds for nighttime use by turning down linens, arranging pillows, and ensuring the room is guest‑ready.
• Close drapes, adjust lighting, and create a relaxing atmosphere by setting room ambiance according to hotel standards.
• Remove room service trays, dishes, and carts from guestrooms and transport them to designated service areas.
• Restock guest amenities, including toiletries, stationery, cotton products, and other in‑room supplies as needed.
• Inspect occupied and vacant rooms to ensure cleanliness, proper presentation, and adequate inventory of guest supplies.
• Fold and organize guest clothing or personal items left in guestrooms while respecting guest privacy and hotel policies.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, defective equipment, and rooms that cannot be serviced due to privacy signs or guest requests.
• Support the Housekeeping team by assisting with room attendant duties, late check‑out rooms, and other cleaning assignments as directed by management.
