Job summary

Four Seasons Jackson Hole seeks a Laundry Attendant to deliver high-quality garment care and guest service. You will handle laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing requests, coordinate with guests and staff, and ensure timely delivery of cleaned items.

The role requires attention to detail, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. A legal US work authorization is required, with some evenings or weekends possible.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic level of English is required.
• High attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to push, pull, lift up to 40lbs.
• Ability to kneel, crouch and reach.
• Walk up to 8 hours per shift.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for laundry, dry cleaning and pressing services, coordinating pick-up and delivery.
• Inspect and track guest garments to prevent loss.
• Assess care requirements and apply appropriate washing, dry cleaning, pressing, stain removal and minor repairs.
• Operate and monitor laundry equipment following fabric care specs.
• Fold, package or hang garments to meet guest preferences and Four Seasons standards.
• Process employee uniforms for cleaning and distribution to Housekeeping.
• Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Responded to guest requests for laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing services, coordinating garment pick-up, documenting service details, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Inspected, tagged, and tracked guest garments to maintain accurate identification and prevent loss or misplacement throughout the cleaning process.
• Evaluated clothing care requirements and determined appropriate treatment methods, including washing, dry cleaning, pressing, stain removal, and minor repairs.
• Processed guest garments using industry-approved equipment, chemicals, and temperature settings while adhering to fabric care specifications.
• Folded, packaged, or hung completed garments according to guest preferences and Four Seasons service standards.
• Processed employee uniforms, ensuring proper cleaning, organization, and distribution to the Housekeeping department.
• Operated and maintained laundry and dry-cleaning equipment, including washers, dryers, pressing machines, steam tunnels, and irons, while following all safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic level of English is required.
• High attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to push, pull, lift up to 40lbs.
