Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is seeking a Laundry/Linen Attendant to sort, inspect, and process linens and terry for daily operations. You will work with washers, dryers, and finishing equipment to ensure timely, high-quality linens for guest rooms and public spaces.

The role requires basic English, strong attention to detail, and excellent personal presentation. The position supports housekeeping and operations and may involve lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long

Responsibilities

• Collected, sorted, and categorized linens, terry, and other laundry items according to fabric type, soil level, and cleaning requirements.
• Inspected linens for stains, damage, or excessive wear and separated items requiring special treatment or replacement.
• Loaded and unloaded washers and dryers, ensuring proper machine capacity, cycle selection, and handling procedures.
• Prepared wet linens for finishing by shaking, straightening, and feeding sheets, table linens, and napkins into ironing equipment.
• Operated ironers, folders, and other finishing equipment to process linens while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
• Folded, stacked, hung, and organized clean towels, robes, rugs, and linens for storage and distribution.
• Distributed clean linen inventory throughout the resort, including Housekeeping areas, public spaces, and guest room locations.
• Assisted with resort-wide linen and terry processing to maintain adequate inventory levels and support daily operations.
• Responded to guest and departmental requests promptly, ensuring special items and service needs were handled accurately.
• Maintained laundry equipment in safe operating condition and reported mechanical issues, malfunctions, or maintenance needs to management.
• Supported Laundry and Housekeeping operations as needed to ensure efficient workflow and service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Basic level of English is required.

• High attention to detail and customer service skills.

• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to push, pull, lift up to 50lbs.

• Ability to kneel, crouch and reach.

• Walk up to 8 hours per shift.

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
