Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is seeking a Laundry Attendant in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. You will collect, sort, and process linens and support housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms are stocked and maintained to the highest standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays, and basic English; you'll join a team that delivers luxury experiences through meticulous laundry service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic English required for communication.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must have legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, and categorize linens by fabric type and soil level.
• Inspect linens for stains or damage.
• Load and unload washers and dryers with proper capacity.
• Prepare wet linens for finishing; feed into ironing equipment.
• Operate ironers, folders, and finishing equipment.
• Fold, stack, hang, and store towels and linens.
• Distribute clean linen inventory across the resort.
• Assist with linen and terry processing to maintain stock.
• Respond to guest and department requests promptly.
• Maintain laundry equipment and report issues.
• Support Laundry and Housekeeping operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collected, sorted, and categorized linens, terry, and other laundry items according to fabric type, soil level, and cleaning requirements.
• Inspected linens for stains, damage, or excessive wear and separated items requiring special treatment or replacement.
• Loaded and unloaded washers and dryers, ensuring proper machine capacity, cycle selection, and handling procedures.
• Prepared wet linens for finishing by shaking, straightening, and feeding sheets, table linens, and napkins into ironing equipment.
• Operated ironers, folders, and other finishing equipment to process linens while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
• Folded, stacked, hung, and organized clean towels, robes, rugs, and linens for storage and distribution.
• Distributed clean linen inventory throughout the resort, including Housekeeping areas, public spaces, and guest room locations.
• Assisted with resort-wide linen and terry processing to maintain adequate inventory levels and support daily operations.
• Responded to guest and departmental requests promptly, ensuring special items and service needs were handled accurately.
• Maintained laundry equipment in safe operating condition and reported mechanical issues, malfunctions, or maintenance needs to management.
• Supported Laundry and Housekeeping operations as needed to ensure efficient workflow and service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic level of English is required.
• High attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to push, pull, lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to kneel, crouch and reach.
• Walk up to 8 hours per shift.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
