Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of enterprise IT or unified communications experience.
• 2+ years administering Microsoft Teams Phone or enterprise voice platforms.
• Experience with Teams Phone, Operator Connect, RingCentral Fax, conferencing platforms.
• Experience with SIP, PSTN, dial plans, call routing.
• Experience supporting conference room technology and AV systems.
• Knowledge of cabling and office telecom deployment.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers and supports Microsoft Teams Phone and Teams Voice environments.
• Manages Operator Connect providers, PSTN connectivity, phone numbers, and carrier relationships.
• Configures auto attendants, call queues, routing, voice policies, and related settings.
• Administers RingCentral Fax services, user access, routing, and integrations.
• Troubleshoots voice quality, call routing, dial plans, and telephony issues.
• Coordinates number provisioning, porting, and lifecycle management.
• Supports and optimizes workflows for clinical, operational, and corporate teams.
• Implements call flow changes and workflow improvements.
• Administers conference room and meeting space technologies.
• Supports AV systems and conferencing devices.
• Partners with office operations and vendors for builds and relocations.
• Participates in site planning and technology design for offices and clinics.
• Develops standards for conference rooms and collaboration spaces.
• Serves as tier 2/3 escalation support for voice, conferencing, and collaboration platforms.
