Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred.
• Office experience is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with MS Office and ability to learn new apps.
• Experience with HRIS/CRM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to unemployment claims within deadlines.
• Collaborate with client contacts on unemployment claims.
• Communicate with internal teams on unemployment-related issues.
• Provide guidance on best practices for unemployment claim responses.
• Respond to inquiries from state agencies promptly.
• Participate in the unemployment call queue for single-call resolution.
• Monitor unemployment email inbox.
• Review state portal correspondence as assigned.
• Maintain accurate client data in unemployment tracking software.
• Create and assign tasks for unemployment POA administration when necessary.
