Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Unemployment Claims Associate to coordinate claims responses and guide clients on best practices with a focus on integrity and compliance.

You will manage deadlines, collaborate with client contacts, and work with internal teams to resolve unemployment-related issues while ensuring client satisfaction and accurate data in tracking systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HRIS/CRM systems preferred.
• Experience dealing with unemployment claims is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage unemployment claims within deadlines and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with client contacts on unemployment matters.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve unemployment issues.
• Provide guidance on best practices for compliant claim responses.
• Respond to state agency inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor unemployment email inbox and tracking software.
