Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage unemployment claims within deadlines and coordinate responses.
• Collaborate with client contacts on unemployment claim matters.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide guidance on best practices for unemployment claim responses.
• Respond to state agency inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor unemployment inbox and review state portal correspondence.
• Maintain accurate client data in unemployment tracking software.
• Assist with POA administration tasks as needed.
