• Manage onboarding, performance evaluations, and personnel documentation.
• Align team priorities with divisional and corporate objectives.
• Coordinate underwriting programs and training initiatives across departments.
• Develop and deliver underwriting training for underwriters, CSRs, and others.
• Develop quality assurance programs and conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve underwriting quality and processes.
