Qualifications

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Follow processes and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work toward insurance designation (AINS).
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for agents/brokers, gathering information for underwriters.
• Obtain information to finalize inquiries and maintain follow-ups.
• Ensure accuracy of data in systems and documents.
• Communicate with team, agents/brokers, and partners to finalize transactions.
• Follow internal guidelines to process work accurately and compliantly.
• Participate in problem solving to improve processes and eliminate issues.
• Assist underwriters with forms and policy changes.
• Build relationships with clients and internal staff.
• Support special projects and team operations.
