Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for agents/brokers by gathering information for underwriters and handling low-complexity transactions.
• Obtain information to finalize inquiries/transactions and maintain suspense/follow-up system.
• Ensure accuracy of information input in all systems and verify necessary documents.
• Routinely communicate with team, agents/brokers, and partners to gather information to review and complete transactions.
• Follow internal guidelines and service standards to process work accurately and on time.
• Participate in problem solving to identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Under underwriting direction, attach forms and implement policy changes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and internal colleagues.
• Contribute to special projects to ensure efficient operation and target results.
