Based in Bethlehem, PA, this internship runs May 27, 2027 through August 6, 2027, with a rolling application review and an application window closing November 13, 2026.

Qualifications

• A high level of comfort working with math, numbers, and detailed information.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a training program to understand the Underwriter role.
• Be part of a team responsible for assessing risk and making decisions on an appropriate rate level.
• Identify and communicate trends to support key financial measures.
• Have the opportunity to learn from supportive leaders, mentors, and team members across the organization.
• Learn about Guardian’s purpose, values, how we work, and our products and services.
