Interns may be considered for Guardian’s Finance Leadership Development Program after completion. Applicants should be curious, adaptable and eager to explore multiple Finance and Risk functions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in exploring multiple areas of Finance and Risk across the organization.
• Intellectual curiosity to learn, analyze information and draw insights.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to connect risk, controls and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Support audit project work, collaborate with experienced professionals.
• Gain exposure to real world business challenges.
• Assist in boarder department wide initiatives in process improvement/transformation.
• Assist in performing testing to support external audit controls over financial statement testing or model audit rules.
• Learn from leaders and mentors across the organization to develop your career.
• Understand Guardian’s purpose, values, and our suite of offerings.
• Build a network with interns and colleagues across the business.
