Job summary
Guardian Life offers a 10-week paid Summer Internship Program designed to immerse you in the daily life of a global financial services company. You will work on real projects, interact with senior leaders, and network with colleagues and interns across offices in New York, Boston, and surrounding sites.
The program runs May 27, 2027 – August 6, 2027, with rolling applications and an application window closing November 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in one of the specified fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to support strategic initiatives across Operations, Claims, Service and Transformation.
- Analyze operational and customer data using SQL, Python, and AI tools to identify improvements.
- Assist in developing executive presentations, business cases and investment recommendations.
- Create learning and development plans for implemented improvements.
- Learn Guardian’s values and product offerings while building your professional network.
