Job summary

AXA XL in the United States is seeking a Technical Expert to serve as a trusted SME, guiding underwriting operations, driving process improvements, and leveraging data, AI and automation to scale performance across global programs.

Reporting to the Head of Underwriting Operations, you will standardize practices, build tools, remove bottlenecks, and collaborate across teams to strengthen controls and deliver efficient, compliant outcomes.
