Responsabilités

• Provide SME guidance and training to peers and stakeholders across Insurance.
• Act as primary Underwriting Operations contact for global programs.
• Analyze and implement workflow improvements for efficiency and data accuracy.
• Support standardization of policies and tools to boost efficiency.
• Identify barriers and develop solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Lead adoption of AI and automation to improve processes and interactions.
