Job summary

Philadelphia Insurance Companies, a Tokio Marine Group member, seeks an Underwriting Audit Supervisor to lead the underwriting audit program and drive compliance across the organization. You will coordinate audit plans, analyze results, and report to executive leadership while guiding remediation efforts and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of commercial underwriting, underwriting compliance, quality assurance, auditing, or related insurance experience.
• 3+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Experience conducting underwriting file reviews and compliance assessments.
• Experience presenting results to senior leadership and managing corrective action initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee underwriting audit program and annual plans.
• Evaluate files for compliance with guidelines, regulatory requirements and documentation standards.
• Analyze audit results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop executive-level reports, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Lead corrective action initiatives with Underwriting Management.
• Mentor audit staff and promote knowledge sharing across the organization.
