Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; professional designations preferred.
• 7-10 years in commercial underwriting, underwriting compliance, quality assurance, auditing, or related insurance experience.
• 3+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Experience conducting underwriting file reviews and compliance assessments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee underwriting audit program and develop annual audit plans.
• Ensure audits follow standards and assess adherence to guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze audit results, identify trends, and prepare executive-level reports.
• Lead corrective action initiatives and drive process improvements.
• Mentor audit staff and promote knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Compliance, Training, Legal, and Executive Leadership.
