• Advise on underwriting policy and pricing strategy.
• Prepare reports on profitability and quality of risks for management.
• Market products through agencies and brokerage networks.
• Build relationships with large producers in the territory.
• Stay current with state/territory regulations and industry trends.
• Mentor less experienced underwriters and support training.
• Utilize CNA systems for day-to-day activities.
• Lead special underwriting projects and presentations.
