Zurich Cover-More is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to support underwriting and business-related tasks. You will run internal Excel reports, assist with month-end closes, and manage account offboarding and renewals.

The role involves coordinating with multiple internal departments and maintaining accurate databases. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in underwriting or related fields, solid MS Office skills, and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of underwriting or business-related experience.
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Run and provide internal reports using Excel as requested.
• Assist with month end tasks, confirming numbers and reviewing reports.
• Complete offboarding account requests.
• Offer recommendations within your team and collaborate with other internal departments we support.
• Complete contract renewals and policy exception requests.
• Update tracking logs and enter/update account information into company database.
