Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a UA Associate to join the Domestic Casualty team in a hybrid Chicago, IL role. You will collaborate with experienced Underwriters to review risks, apply guidance on pricing, policy construction, and exclusions, and provide end-to-end servicing for new business, renewals and endorsements.

The role emphasizes data analysis, communication with brokers, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience in Admin, Financial Services, Risk Management or Insurance
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice credential or equivalent
• High School Diploma with 2+ years in Admin, Customer Service, Financial Services, Risk Management, or Insurance

Responsibilities

• Review risk exposures, controls, loss history and financial condition to support underwriting decisions
• Assist with policy rating, pricing, policy construction, coverages and exclusions to aid quoting and issuing
• Provide end-to-end servicing support for new business, renewals and endorsements for basic to moderately complex business
• Respond to written and verbal inquiries under supervision by Underwriter/Manager
• Support broker/agent/distributor/customer interactions with基本 customer service skills
