Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for agency partners regarding underwriting questions, policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, and documentation requirements.
• Review and evaluate new business submissions, reinstatement requests, endorsements, and policy changes.
• Apply underwriting guidelines to assess risk eligibility and determine appropriate actions.
• Manage assigned workload while meeting service level and production expectations.
• Provide professional and timely support through phone and email communication.
• Handle high-volume workflows while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
• Exercise sound judgment and critical thinking when evaluating underwriting requests.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of Property & Casualty underwriting, insurance agency, or insurance operations experience.
• Active Florida 4-40, 2-20, or 20-44 insurance license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn multiple software platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service excellence.
