Job summary

USIC is hiring a Drop Bury Technician in Borger, TX, to locate and mark underground utilities and perform drop bury work on residential and commercial sites. You will trench or bore 6–8 inches, document locations with photos, and ensure accuracy for billing and compliance.

We offer paid training, a company vehicle, daily pay, and a robust benefits package. Candidates must be able to work outdoors, pass a drug screen, and lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Pass a drug screen and have a safe driving record.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform manual labor.
• Read and reference locate tickets, maps and prints.

Responsibilities

• Drive to outdoor job sites and perform locates and drop bury tickets.
• Locate and mark underground utilities using records and prints.
• Operate digging equipment or hand tools to trench 6–8 inches deep.
• Take photos and complete documentation for billing and compliance.
• Interact with customers, owners, and teammates to coordinate work.
