We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer/Operator to join our team in Agawam. The ideal candidate will support various operational tasks within our facility, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. Operate excavators, loaders, trenchers, jackhammers, and other equipment needed for installing underground utilities.
2. Perform hand digging, cable laying, and other labor required for restoration.
3. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
4. Load and unload materials carefully to prevent damage.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
6. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
7. Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications
