Base Pay Range

$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Ten Mile specializes in excavating, pipeline road construction, paving, and logistics services. With three locations, we are strategically positioned to serve our customers across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.

We are seeking individuals to join our Pipeline Division with equipment knowledge and a willingness to assist with daily labor tasks, particularly involving Poly Pipe and Oil & Gas Reclamation.

Position Responsibilities

Operate various heavy equipment such as:

• Dozer
• Excavator
• Roller
• Skid Steer
• Rock Truck
• Grader
• Skidder

Additional requirements include:

• CDL is a plus but not required

Position Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment preferred
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Maintain a Medical Examiner's Certificate for DOT vehicles
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and nights as needed
• Ability to work overtime
• Adhere to all safety and company policies
• Wear PPE in designated areas
• Perform daily equipment inspections and documentation
• Maintain professionalism and teamwork
• Work in all weather conditions
• Perform general labor duties as required
• Report to work on time
• Attention to detail and stress management skills

Work Environment

Outdoor work in various climate conditions, moderate to high noise levels, with exposure to machinery noise.
