Qualifications

• Minimum of five years hands-on construction experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• OSHA 10/30 certifications.
• Experience working with subcontractors and on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates daily activity and time reporting of field crews.
• Reviews project plans and blueprints; tracks materials, deliveries, and subcontractor work.
• Maintains safety standards and inspects sites to ensure specifications are met.
• Trains and mentors crew members and conducts performance evaluations.
• Be available six days a week if needed and perform laborer/operator duties when required.
