Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in heavy civil underground utilities, a related college degree preferred, and a willingness to travel up to 30% with overnight stays. Strong communication and computer skills (Excel/Word/Outlook) are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in heavy civil underground utilities construction.
• Estimating background helpful for project costs and proposals.
• College degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record and travel ~30% with overnight stays.
• Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency (Excel/Word/Outlook) are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee underground utilities projects from conception to completion.
• Manage project budgets and scope of work plans.
• Perform site visits, review specs and drawings, and secure permits.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings and communicate with customers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, contract compliance, and timely project delivery.
