Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a self-motivated purchasing and project coordination professional to support our underground utility team in the DFW area. The role focuses on procuring materials, submitting submittals, and tracking equipment and mobilizations to keep projects on schedule.

Ideal candidates will have construction experience, strong organization, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience procuring materials for construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials for job start-up and throughout the duration of projects.
• Acquire and submit material submittal documentation for new projects.
• Track heavy equipment locations and mobilizations.
• Authorize and issue purchase orders and approve invoices for material purchases and equipment moves.
• Work within an automated purchase order and database system.
• Prepare reports and participate in weekly scheduling and project coordination meetings to facilitate projects.
• Balance multiple projects and meet deadlines while prioritizing tasks.
• Plan workload across multiple departments and follow established procedures.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and professional communication.
